1. This order is strictly applicable in Singapore only.

2. Payments are to be paid in cash, in Singapore currency and nothing else.

3. All information given will be kept confidential by the King Sisters.

4. Our products have no expiry date(s). However, we will try our utmost to make our products as lasting as possible. There is no guarantee to the durability of our products.

5. Several days is needed to process and deliver your orders. The duration of the processing is subjected to the availability of time of the King Sisters, and the number of orders received. The time needed to process the order will be stated in the confirmation email, and is negotiable.

6. A confirmation email will be sent to you to confirm your order, within 3 days of sending in the order form. If you do not reply the confirmation email, we will take it as a cancellation of order.

7. After you have acknowledged the confirmation email, there will be no more cancellation of orders nor will you be allowed to make any changes unless permitted to do so by the King Sisters.

8. A delivery charge of S$1.00 will be charged for any purchase below S$5.00

9. Delivery charges will be exempt if the delivery can take place at a venue where the King Sisters regularly visit.

10. Special Offers are given when you order in bulk. Please check the individual items' posts for the special offers. You can choose whether to take it or not.
